I’ve been notably (or not so perhaps?) from here because of struggles with the neurochemical imbalances…things got pretty nasty for a while, thought I’d have to go away to the fabled ‘place of convalescence’ for a while but instead have ended up at my parents’ place being looked after.
At any rate, the world seems less frightening, even if I am sunburnt after my trip to Anglesea over the weekend (which was thoroughly enjoyable, I don’t remember the last time I actually enjoyed other humans’ company so much!).

Birthday was so-so…everything’s been eclipsed by the fact that my brother moved into his brand spanking new house this week so that kind of takes the cake
